Victor (oh Pilsung in the Korean version) is the main lead of Tobot V/GD Season 2 .

He is owner of Galaxy Weapon No. 4 who is also the protagonist of Season 2 with a playful and mischievous face with a cute band-aid on it. He is a third grader, and unlike his friends, he still dreams of becoming a 'hero'. His positive and optimistic personality lets him be chosen by the V-WatchGalaxy Weapon Number Four, allowing him to summon the Tobots. He is not good at sports, but he likes to do them, especially Taekwondo, but his skills are not good. However, despite his weaknesses, he is a full-fledged boy with a will to get up again in the face of despair and humiliation.

A few year later, it was revealed in Season 3 that he became an adult, and he runs a hamburger shop and works as a Tobot pilot with his son Tyrone. Whether his childhood performance was widely known to other Tobots, Tachyon responded to VIctor's request to hand over the control, saying that if he defeated Pulsar's corps, there would be no problem, and he handed it over without any worries or questions. However, he could not control Tachyon properly, because V Crystal, the energy source of the 3rd generation Tobots, uses the innocence of young children as its driving force.

His current Tobots are: Leon Rover,Cyclone Hawk,Captain Zack,Paragon,Arcbolt,Tobot Rangers Ultra COmmander, Crosswind, Jackhammer, Riptide) and Giant V and Justice V.

He is voiced by Yang Jung Hwa in the Korean version (who also voiced Volt in Miniforce, Shuel in Flowering HEart and Damian in Turning Mecard) and in the English version, he is voiced by Lex-Van Nguyen,
